Myles joined the Pacific program in April of 2025 as the Director of Player Development and Video Coordinator. WIth him he brought two seasons experience with the Dallas Wings.
Sherman spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons as the WNBA franchise's video coordinator, which specialized in breaking down game footage to generate scouting reports, analytic metrics, and preparing game plans with the coaching staff. He was also heavily involved in the team's in-game analytic measures.
His tenure with the Wings was highlighted during the 2023 season, where the team finished second in their division with a 22-18 record and the fourth seed in the playoffs. In the playoffs, the Wings advanced to the semifinals after sweeping Atlanta in the first round.
In addition to his professional experience, he spent the 2024-25 basketball season as an assistant coach at Houston Christian. While there he assisted in scouting and recruitment efforts, managed team logistics and collaborated in developing practice and training regimens for the student-athletes.
