Biography
2025 (Senior)
Ran in seven meets this season. Set a personal best record at the 2025 Leopard Invite in the 5000m with a time of 19:40.19. At the Cal All-Comers I (Feb. 22), Achieved a season best time in the 3000m with 11:29.73 at the Cal Opener (Mar. 8).
2024 (Junior)
Competed in five of 11 meets. Set personal best time of 5:35.91 to claim third in section and 31st overall in the mile at the Aggie Open (Mar. 8-9). Finished ninth in section and 66th overall on a personal record time of 5:04.08 in the 1500m and was a part of Pacific’s 4x400m when the team finished 19th at 4:20.65 during the Hornet Invitational (Mar. 15-16).
2023 (Sophomore)
In her second season, Higgins competed in five events over seven meets during the 2023 season. Most notably in the 800 m and 1500 m events. In the 800 m event at the Westmont Classic, Higgins clocked a time of 2:39.30. In the 1500 m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, Higgins clocked 5:08.30, while also setting a new personal record.
2022 (Freshman)
Competed in three events throughout two meets during the 2022 season. At the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, Higgins competed in the mile and recorded a season record of 5:49.14. Higgins also competed as part of a team in the SMR 200-200-400-800 m with a time of 4:34.42. She also competed in the Shot Put setting a personal record of 5.82 m.
High School
Attended Corona Del Sol and started competing in her senior year. In her lone season of competition, Higgins ran a personal best in the 5K, clocking a time of 20:20. Also a member of the track team, she clocked a personal best time of 2:21.46 in the 800 meters and was a member of the 4 x 400 and 4 x 800 relay teams. Was a state qualifier in three events during her high school career.
