Biography
2023 (Senior)
In her senior season, Hershey competed in five events over seven meets during the 2023 season. Most notably in the 800 m and mile events. In the 800 m event at the Aggie Open, Hershey clocked a time of 2:30.36. In the mile at the Sunshine Indoor Open & Combined Events, Hershey clocked 5:18.72, while also setting a new personal record.
2022 (Junior)
Competed in four events over five meets during the 2022 season. Most notably in the 1500 m and 3000 m events. In the 1500 m event at the Hornet Invitational on Mar. 19, Hershey clocked a time of 4:49.22. In the 3000 m at the Aggie Open on Mar. 12, Hershey clocked 10:18.32, while also setting a new personal record.
2021 (Sophomore)
Recorded a season-best ninth-place finish with a time of 4:55.83 in the 1500-meter race at the Westmont Collegiate Classic on March 27. Tallied a personal-best third-place finish in the 5000-meter race at the APU Last Chance Meet with a time of 18:37.94 on May 15.
2020 (Freshman)
Placed ninth in the 1500m at the West Coast Invitational with a time of 5:09.61, 13th all-time in program history.
High School
Competed for Edmonds-Woodway High School in Edmonds, Washington. Ranks sixth in school history with a 2:21.27 800m and seventh with a 5:15.42 1600m. Her 2:21.27 was a personal best set on day two of the 2018 3A/4A NW District 1 Championships. Also participated in the 4x800 relay team her senior year that finished in 9:55.24, second in school history. Won multiple Edmonds District championships at the prep level.
