Competed in two meets. Set a personal record in the 3000 (10:11.70) at the UW Preview (Jan. 16-17). Set a personal record in the 5000 (17:45.46) at the UW Invite (Jan. 30-31).

Ran at Salt Lake Community College prior to Pacific where team was Juco Cross Country National Champions. First Team All-Conference as a freshman, finishing in fifth place.
