2020 (Graduate)
Did not compete.
2019 (Junior)
Posted two personal bests in two separate meets, recording a 10.18m in the shot put at the Twilight Meet and a 26.38m in the javelin throw at the Woody Wilson Classic. Overall, competed in seven meets for Pacific. Finished seventh in the shot put (9.37m) and fourth in the javelin throw (24.95m) at the Raydell Barkley Field Event Festival.
2018 (Sophomore)
Set a personal best in the discus throw with a 27.52m at the Hornet Invitational, one of four meets she competed in. Finished ninth in the shot put at the Aggie Open with a 10.16m.
2017 (Freshman)
In her first collegiate meet, Amo posted an impressive 9.29m in shot put as well as a 19.05m in discus during the Johnny Mathis Invitational (2/25). She continued her strong  season at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14), posting personal bests with a 9.75m in shot put and a 25.39m in discus. Both those marks are program records for a Tiger freshman as well as the second-best distances in Pacific history.Â
High School
Competed for Troy High School in Fullerton.
