2024-25 (Senior)
Set a personal best in the 50 backstroke with a time of 30.03 at the MPSF Championships. Recorded a personal best in 100 backstroke with a time of 1:01.79 at the Trailblazer Invitational. Achieved a personal best in the 200 backstroke against Simon Fraser with a time of 2:11.41.

2023-24 (Junior)
Made ten appearances in first season at Pacific and earned seven new personal best times. Swam a season best in both the 50 freestyle and 200 back at the UOP vs. Davis dual meet. Posted a 26.24 in the 50 and finished seventh with a 2:13.40 in the 200 back.

2022-23, Delta College (Sophomore)
Placed second in the 100 back (1:02.93) and finished fourth in the 200 back (2:13.99) at the Big 8 Championship meet. Finished 10th in the 200 back at the CCC AA Swim and Dive Championship. Record holder at Delta College in the 200 backstroke. Named 2x All-American in the 200 and 100 back.

2021-22, Delta College (Freshman)
Earned All-Scholar team award. Helped guide the Mustangs to first Big 8 Conference championship. Finished fifth in the 200 Back and sixth in the 100 back at the Big 8 Championship. Finished 12th in the 200 back at the CCC AAA Swim and Dive Championship. 

High School
Named a scholar-athlete at Lodi High School twice and earned STEAM Award.

Personal 
Daughter of Robert and Loni Rishwain. Enjoys paddle boarding, hiking and camping. Rishwain in majoring in Health Exercise Science and is planning to pursue a career in nursing with the aim to specialize in trauma.
