Biography

2011-12 (Junior):
Hampered by injury for much of the year, White specialized in the distance freestyle events for the Tigers. Her best finish was an eighth-place showing in the 1650 Free at the Pacific Invite. White’s season-best time in the mile came at the prestigious Arena Invitational when she clocked in at 18:05.10.

2010-11 (Sophomore):
White finished 28th in the 1650 Free at the 2011 MPSF Championships with a time of 18:05.70. A third-place time in the 400 IM (4:47.22) highlighted her performance against UC Davis on Jan. 14, while a second-place finish in the 1650 Free (18:15.51) helped the Tigers defeat Cal State Bakersfield on Oct. 30.

2009-10 (Freshman):
The 2010 Big West Championships saw White take 13th in the 400 IM (4:44.44), 14th in the 200 Fly (2:17.95), and 15th in the 1000 Free (10:52.52). She earned third place in the 1000 Free against Seattle U on Oct. 30, touching the wall at 10:54.16. She also claimed third in the 400 IM (4:53.97) versus Denver on Jan. 17.

High School:
White attended The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Fla., where she earned four letters in swimming. She won the 3K Jacksonville Hammerhead Ocean Marathons as a senior, and finished third at regionals and 10th at state in the 500 Free as a junior. As a sophomore, White place second in districts and fourth in regionals in the 500 Free. She also lettered once in diving.

Personal:
White was born in Doylestown, Pa., and is the daughter of Robin and Richard White. She has one older sister, Robin. White is an Asian studies major and lists her hobbies as skateboarding, surfing, fishing, and shopping.
