Competed in all five meets. Set a 4000m personal record with a time of 14:43.9 at the Big Wave Invitational (Sep. 5). Also set a 6000m personal record with a time of 21:50.6 at the Bronco Invitational (Oct. 18).

Top Scholar in high school. 12th in state XC 4A. Seventh in state for both 1600 and 3200 meter events. Daughter of Starlie and Nathan Schmutz. Has four siblings, Tye, Lacie, Alice and Abigail. Enjoys photography, hiking, camping and reading.
