2022 (Sophomore)
Played in all 19 matches, teaming up with Jenny Todd and Hania Taduran. Competing with Todd to start the season, the duo earned a match win over Sacramento State on March 5.

2021 (Freshman)
Had three different playing partners during the season, starting with Carpenter (1-1) in the #4 Flight, shifting to Danna in the #5 Flight, and then finding success with Baptista in the #5 Flight (3-1). Had wins over San Francisco and two over Sacramento State.

High School
As the lone recruit from the east coast in the 2020 class, Sheppard makes the trek from New Hampshire to join the Tigers after spending time at Hollis-Brookline High School in Hollis, New Hampshire...Finished her career as a three-time NHIAA Division I champion, which was highlighted by a 74-match win streak that stretched from 2017 to 2020...Tallied a new school dig record (856) and new school serve-receive record (1,253) while also adding 161 service aces during her stint with the Cavaliers...Each year, the 5'6" libero received postseason awards, including being named a Frosh 59 Highest Honorable Mention in 2016...In 2017, Sheppard continued her dominance by being selected as a Sophomore 79 High Honorable Mention while also earning a spot on the Second Team All-State...During her upperclassman years, she was named a league Honorable Mention in 2018 in addition to taking home First Team All-State honors in 2019...Overall, she also was named her team's MVP and Defensive Player of the Year while with the Cavaliers...Academically, her 4.12 GPA helped her consistently earn spots on the Honor Roll.
