High School
A defensive specialist out of Vacaville Chrisitian High School, Petnicki had a standout career for the Falcons that led to three-straight league and section titles in three years on the varsity squad. As a senior, Petnicki averaged 6.4 digs per set en route to earning All-Sierra Delta League honors, her second post-season award after earning honorable mention honors as a junior. In the club ranks as a member of Rage Volleyball Club and Pacific Coast Club, Petnicki has spent three years competing at the Junior Olympics. Leading the way defensively, Petnicki helped her Rage team to the gold in the American Division as JOs in 2013-14 while taking a fifth place finish in the National Division a year later. Off the court, Petnicki was a standout student having been on the Principal''s Honor Roll every year while sporting a 4.8 GPA. She was named to the league''s all-academic squad four-straight seasons and has been a member of the California Scholarship Federation, National Honor Society, and the National Society of High School Scholars.
