Biography

2016:
Elman went 6-9 as part of Pacific''s top pairing for beach, playing with Andie Shelton all year.  She had a season-high 26 kills against Boise State to go along with 26 digs.  Against San Jose State and New Mexico, Elman had 21 kills and 23 kills, respectively.  Just five times all season did Elman not record a double-double.  She had 172 kills in 368 attempts on the year, good for a .334 percentage that led the Tigers.

2015:
Taking the mantle as Pacific''s top beach player in her second season, Elman completed the 2015 season 15-8 overall while playing with two different partners. She would win her first seven matches of the year and 12 of her first 14 matches. Offensively, the sophomore finished with 269 kills on .340 hitting. She would total 261 digs while posting 15 blocks and 33 aces throughout the year.

2014:
Playing her first year of sand volleyball, Elman jumped immediately into the fire as she paired with Kat Schulz as the Tigers'' No. 1 pair. Taking on the best of the best, Elman finished the year 8-3 at the top spot, just missing out on a spot in the national championships at the end of the season. Her first sand victory came in the Tigers'' first match of the year as she and Schulz defeated Santa Clara''s top pair, 21-14, 21-17. 

High School:
A three-year varsity player for Marian High School, Elman graduated in 2013 after leading the Crusaders to 38-5 overall record as a senior. Additionally, the Crusaders posted a runner-up finish at the Nebraska State Championships in 2012 as Elman earned state all-tournament honors along the way. For the year, Elman led all of Class A volleyball with 498 kills while also posting 372 digs, and 51 service aces. She was named a High School All-American by PreVolleyball.com at the end of her senior season.

Personal:
Allexa Elman is the daughter of Jennifer and Mark Elman. She is the youngest of four children with three older siblings, Kelsey, Taylor, and Kate. Kelsey played at Nebraska Weslyan as the first of the three Elman sisters to play collegiate volleyball while Kate graduated finished a four-year career at Creighton in 2015. She is majoring in business at Pacific.
