2016-17 (Senior):
Emily Simons played in all 31 games, starting 24 as a senior. She averaged 7.4 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Simons connected on 46.8 percent of her shots (95-of-203), including 82-of-168 from inside the three-point line. Simons posted two double-doubles with 10 points and 10 rebounds against Northern Colorado (Dec. 19), and 10 points with 11 rebounds against Portland (Feb. 16). Hit double-digits in rebounding five times, and added 11 games in double-figure scoring. Scored a season-high 14 points (6-of-12 FG) in the West Coast Conference Championship first round win over Pepperdine (Mar. 2) with seven rebounds, two blocks and two steals. Set season-highs with six assists and (a career-high) five steals against Pepperdine (Feb. 4).
2015-16 (Junior):
Simons started 17 games and played in all 30 as a post-player for the Tigers. Shot 59.5 percent from the field on the season, including 62 percent (88-of-142) from inside the three-point line. Her field goal percentage ranked second in single-season history among Tigers with at least 60 field goals in a season. Shot 50 percent or better from the field in 23 of 28 games in which she attempted a shot. Averaged 6.6 points while hitting double-figures in scoring eight times. Scored a season-high 15 points against Nevada (Dec. 17) on 7-of-11 shooting. Tallied 14 points on 7-of-8 shooting against San Jose State (Dec. 12). Scored 12 points in the WCC Quarterfinals against Pepperdine (Mar. 3) on 6-of-9 shooting. Grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds against Loyola Marymount (Jan. 9) and added nine boards against BYU (Feb. 4).
2014-15 (Sophomore):
Emily Simons played all 31 games for Pacific as a sophomore, filling in as the Tigers’ back-up post-player. She averaged 3.5 points and 2.4 rebounds per game in 13.5 minutes of action. Shot 89 percent from the free throw line (16-of-18), and 49 percent from the field (46-of-84). With Kendall Kenyon missing the first two games due to mono, Simons posted a career-high in the season opener against Cal State Stanislaus (Nov 14) , with 16 points on 7-of-12 shooting to go with five rebounds. She adde six points on a perfect 3-of-3 from the field against No. 15 Cal (Nov. 16) in the second game. When Kenyon returned, Marjorie Heard went down with a season-ending injury, and Simons continued in the post role. She scored 12 points in a win over Cal Maritime (Dec. 12) on 5-of-5 shooting, and tied her career-best with another 16 points in a win over New Mexico State (Dec. 19). Set a career-best with six rebounds three times, against Montana (Nov. 21), Cal Maritime (Dec. 12) and NMSU (Dec. 19). Hit 4-of-5 from the field for eight points at San Diego (Jan. 17). Posted nine blocked shots and 30 steals on the year.
2013-14 (Freshman):
Appeared in six games for Pacific, logging 28 minutes. Finished the year with four points, eight rebounds, three assists, and a pair of steals. Connected on two of three attempts on the season, hitting field goals against Cal State Stanislaus (Nov. 8) and Notre Dame de Namur (Nov. 30). Handed out three assists with a pair of steals against Notre Dame de Namur (Nov. 30), while grabbing five rebounds.
High School:
From Doncaster, Australia, Simons was a member of the Basketball Australia''s National Intensive Training Program in 2010-11, a program which has produced standouts like Lauren Jackson (Australian Opals/Seattle Storm) and men''s players Patrick Mills (Australian Boomers/San Antonio Spurs) and Andrew Bogut (Australian Boomers/Golden State Warriors).
Simons won national junior championships in 2012 with both the Victorian Under-20 State team and Victorian School Girls (Under-18) Team. With the Under-18 Team, she averaged 9.7 points and 4.4 rebounds per game while hitting 38 percent from three-point range.
She was a part of the Bulleen Boomers'' Developmental Program, playing at both the Big V youth level and at the Big V Championship level. This past season, she posted over 12 points and five rebounds per game in Big V Championship play. In 2012, she earned the Sporting Blue Award for Most Outstanding Female Basketball Player in the state of Victoria and also earned the Big V Best Defender award. In 2011, she earned the Boomers'' Michelle Timms Award for Most Outstanding Player Under 18.
While attending high school at Box Hill Secondary College, she was a member of the varsity team and co-captain as the squad won the 2012 Victorian College Championship. In 2011, she helped Box Hill to the McDonald''s Cup Champions, and the Australian Schools'' national title game, where Box Hill was the runner-up.

Emily is the daughter of Andrew and Margaret Simons. She has one brother, Michael, and two sisters, Alycia and Eleanor.
