Biography
2013-13 (Sophomore):
Pallios continued to add depth to the Tigers'' mid-distance and distane freestyler groups in his sophomore year. He took 12th in the 1650 Free (18:20.87), 19th in the 200 Free (1:56.35) and 23rd in the 500 Free (5:14.99) at the Pacific Invite.
2011-12 (Freshman):
In his first season at Pacific, Pallios bolstered the depth of the Tigers’ mid-distance and distance freestyle groups. He set two of his season-best times versus conference foe UC Santa Barbara, clocking in at 5:11.46 in the 500 Free and 10:44.83 in the 100 Free. Both of the marks ranked seventh on the team. A 10th-place finish in the 1650 Free at the Pacific Invite highlighted his regular season.
High School:
Pallios graduated from Modesto High School in Modesto, Calif., where he earned letters in both swimming and water polo. He was his swim team''s MVP as a sophomore, junior, and senior, and led his team to conference championships each of those years. Pallios was also an all-league selection in water polo as a junior.
Personal:
Pallios was born in Modesto, Calif., and is the son of John and Judy Pallios. He has two younger siblings, John and Gino. Pallios is pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering.
