2015-16 (Senior):
Fleming put up times of 20.40 in the 50 Free and 45.05 in the 100 Free for Pacific, all while also playing for the water polo team. He was an MPSF All-Academic Team member and made the Second Team All-MPSF with a 20.44 in the 50 Free.
2013-14 (Junior):
Fleming finished his junior season with his best performance at the MPSF Championships as he took home an 11th place finish in the 100 Free with a time of 45.71. His mark was the fourth fastest time for the Tigers on the year, just off the program''s top mark. He posted a time of 49.72 in the 100 Back at the same event, finishing eighth overall in the championships. Academically he earned All-MPSF honors for the second-straight season.
2012-13 (Sophomore):
The Tigers'' top sprint freestyler, Fleming finished 20th in the 50 Free at the 2013 MPSF Championships with a time of 20.74 while also taking 15th in the 100 Back (50.39). At the Pacific Invite, he placed fourth in the 50 Free (21.44) and seventh in the 100 Back (53.29). The UNLV Winter Invite saw Fleming clock in at 21.11 in the 50 Free, good for seventh, while his times of 50.67 in the 100 Back and 45.67 in the 100 Free were good for third and fourth, respectively. Academically, Fleming earned MPSF All-Academic honors.
2011-12 (Freshman):
Specializing in the backstroke and sprint freestyle events, Fleming had an impressive freshman season for the Tigers, collecting Second Team All-MPSF honors in the 100 Back. He racked up three second-place finishes during the regular season, all in different events. He added a pair of third-place finishes to go along with four fourth-place showings. At the 2012 MPSF Championships, Fleming finished with a trio of top-20 finishes, highlighted by a sixth-place performance in the 100 Back behind a time of 49.86. He also took 12th in the 50 Free with a time of 20.63 and 17th in the 100 Free with a time of 45.30. His respective 50 Free and 100 Free times ranked first on the team.
High School:
Fleming graduated from Valley Christian High School in San Jose, Calif., where he earned letters in both swimming and water polo.
Personal:
Fleming was born in San Jose, Calif., and is the son of Matt and Arlene Fleming. He has two siblings, Shayne and Ashlyn. Fleming’s hobbies include eating and playing water polo. He is pursuing a degree in sports medicine and hopes to work in a sports-related field.
