Richardson started 10 of the final 11 games helping Pacific to an 8-2 record during that span while playing in 26 games for the Tigers. She averaged 3.4 points per game with a season-high of 10 points against Pepperdine (Feb. 4). Richardson has multiple rebounds in 13 games this season. Â
2021-22 (Freshman)
Appeared in 28 games, was a key reserve coming off the bench. Averaged 3.9 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. Scored a career-high 12 points hitting four of eight from the field and securing all four free throws against BYU on February 26. Had a career-high six rebounds with four points against Rice on November 21.Â
High School
Richardson will join the team after graduating from Grant Union High School. In her two years with the Pacers, the 5'9" combo guard has consistently dazzled spectators from around the area, racking up honors along the way. In 2018-19, Richardson earned four Player of the Game awards in addition to earning spots on the All-City Sacramento Third Team and the Sacramento Metro All-League Team after averaging 16 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals per game.
Making sure to leave her mark, she continued to improve on these totals in 2019-20, finishing with averages of 21 points and 7 rebounds while keeping steady with 3 assists and 3 steals per game. Overall, Richardson earned Player of the Game awards five times for these efforts, including climbing to earn a spot on the All-City Sacramento Second Team. Additionally, she was also named to the Sacramento Metro All-League for the second straight year this past season while being recognized as the Grant Union High School Team MVP in 2020.
