Biography

2020 (Senior)
Started all 25 games for Pacific with a .269 average on 21 hits, 11 runs and 12 RBIs - the only person on the team to total 10 or more in all three categories. Doubled five times on the year, twice against CSU Bakersfield in the Libby Matson Tournament (2/15). 

2019 (Junior)
Showed consistency at the plate her junior year with the Tigers, ranking in the top five or better on the team with 35 hits, 13 runs scored, eight doubles and 18 RBIs. Had a three-RBI performance in UOP's season opener against Buffalo (2/8) and another three RBIs on the road at Santa Clara (4/27). Enjoyed two separate five-game hitting streaks and eight multi-hit games.

2018 (Sophomore)
Saw action in 34 games for the Tigers her sophomore year. Led all sophomores with 14 hits, nine runs scored, nine walks and 12 RBIs. Had three multi-RBI games, including two hits, one home run and a career-high three RBIs against Saint Mary''s (5/5). Also recorded two RBIs to help Pacific to an 8-3 victory over CSU Bakersfield (2/16) and two RBIs against Northern Colorado (2/24). Had her best three-game stretch of the season against Santa Clara and Saint Mary''s, recording an RBI triple in Pacific's 5-1 win over the Broncos (4/29)

2017 (Freshman)
Appeared in 52 games with a .296 batting average, leading the team with four stolen bases and 28 runs while establishing herself as a threat at the top of the lineup. Sung logged her first collegiate hit against Cal State Fullerton (2/12) and registered a perfect 2-for-2 performance the next game against Omaha (2/18). Went 4 for 4 against Lehigh (3/15) with a double and 3 for 4 on consecutive days against UMKC (3/24-25). Wrapped up the season with 46 hits, four doubles and 19 walks, highlighted by eight multi-hit games and a four-game hit streak while reaching safely in seven straight contests. 

High School
Sung was named All-6A-4 Three Rivers League three times during her four-year varsity career at Tualatin High School in Oregon, in addition to being named to the All-State team twice. Earned co-MVP honors in the 2015 State Championship game after leading her team to a 28-1 record, a MaxPreps Xcellent 25 No. 13 ranking and the OSAA 6A state title. Finished her high school career with a .503 on-base percentage.
