2014 (Freshman):
Vogel tallied 14 goals in 26 games for Pacific as a true freshman. Posted a pair of multi-goal games on the year as he hit the back of the cage twice in wins over Cal Baptist (Sept. 26) and #14 Santa Clara (Oct. 4). Scored his first career goal in a win over Air Force (Sept. 7) at the Triton Invitational. Added goals against #7 UC Santa Barbara (Sept. 21) and #8 UC San Diego (Sept. 21) at the Kap7 NorCal Classic. Finished with four goals at the Aggie Shootout with goals against #18 Navy (Sept. 27) and Cal Lutheran (Sept. 27) after his two versus CBU on the first day of the tournament. Scored twice in the SoCal Tournament, against #2 Stanford (Oct. 11) and #6 UC Santa Barbara (Oct. 12)Picked up a goal against #3 Cal (Oct. 3), #5 Long Beach State (Oct. 26), and #9 Pepperdine (Nov. 16).

High School/Club:
Simon Vogel joined Pacific after two years as team captain of the Hungary ''96 & Under National Team, which just won the FINA World Men''s Youth Water Polo Championships this summer in Turkey. He also helped his squad to a fourth place finish in the Youth European championship, and six top four finishes in the Hungarian Under-18 National Chamionships.
