University of the Pacific

2013 (Freshman):
Grasso started three matches and played in 28 for the Tigers at the setter position. He added four kills and added 134 assists. Grasso also added six services aces, 33 digs and four blocks. 

High School:
Grasso comes to Pacific after first place finishes in the Metropolitan Academic Championships and State Academic Championships in 2008 and 2009. His Minas Tenis Club team finished first in the State Championships in 2007 and 2008, followed by second place end in 2009. His squad also took the top spot at the 2008 Olympic Center Cup and 2009 Parana Cup. In his last season of playing with Sport Club Pinheiros, Grasso led his team to first place championships at the state and metropolitan tournaments. 

Personal:
Marco is the son of Rejane and Mauro, he has two siblings Gianluca and Anna. He comes from a volleyball family in which his father and mother both played and his siblings still compete. While at Pacific he plans to study Civil Engineering. He enjoys playing video games, running, and hanging out with friends.
