High School: 
Brecheisen attended Granada High School in Livermore, Calif. playing four years for the Matadors. As a senior, Brecheisen, led his team to the state semi-finals recording 391 kills throughout the season. During his spectacular senior year he was named MVP of the Eastbay Athletic League, nominated for Contra Costa Times Player of the Year, and named to the All-East Bay team by the Contra Costa Times. 

Personal: 
Chris is married to Annette Brecheisen and is the son of Doug and Theresa Brecheisen. He has four siblings: Jeremie, Josh, Doug and Sarah. His brother Josh played Opposite Hitter for Brigham Young University. While attending Pacific, Chris plans to study Civil Engineering and wants to work internationally after graduation. When Chris is off the court he enjoys spending time with his wife, reading German literature, and eating food from other cultures.
