2012-13(Senior):
Schirmer utilized his redshirt option during the 2012-13season. 

2011-12(Junior):
Returning in fine form for his junior season, Schirmer continued toexcel in the sprint freestyle events. He opened the season helpingthe Tigers to a pair of second-place finishes in the 200 MedleyRelay and 400 Free Relay at the Pacific Invitational on Oct. 4.Schirmer had his best showing of the year at the Quad Meet on Nov.4-5, taking second in the 100 Free (47.70) and third in the 50 Free(21.63). 

2010-11(Sophomore):
Already one of Pacific''s top sprint freestylers, Schirmersolidified himself as one of the MPSF''s top swimmers in his secondseason as a Tiger. He collected three top-five finishes at the 2011MPSF Championships, taking third in the 100 Breast (56.03), fourthin the 100 Free (45.31) and fifth in the 50 Free (20.51). He alsoswam the anchor leg of the Tigers'' 400 Free Relay squad that earnedan NCAA B-Cut time with a mark of 3:01.39. Schirmer was dominantthroughout the regular season, as well, racking up 19 top-threefinishes including wins in the 50 Free against CSU Bakersfield onOct. 30 and at the Quad Meet on Nov. 6. 

2009-10 (Freshman):
Schirmer rounded out the top-20 in the 200 Free during thePacific Invitational with a time of 1:52.16. At the end of theseason Schirmer set career best times in the 50 Free (21.16) andthe 100 Free (46.72) during the conference championships. His timeof 21.16 in the 50 Free was the second fastest time for the men''steam during the season.

High School:
Kevin graduated from San Ramon Valley High School in Danville,Calif., where he was a two-sport athlete in water polo andswimming. Schirmer earned four letters in swimming and two lettersin water polo. He earned Second Team All-East Bay Athletic Leaguehonors in 2008 in water polo. In 2008 and 2009 Kevin earnedAll-America honors in swimming.

Personal:
Kevin Schirmer was born in San Ramon, Calif., and is the son ofKeith and Zoe Schirmer. He has one older sister, Melissa. In hisfree time he enjoys surfing. Entering his second year at Pacific,Kevin is studying engineering.
