Biography
2023-24 (Graduate)
Recorded the fastest time on the team in the 50 freestyle with a time of 19.99 set at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships for a new personal best time. Posted a time of 44.49 in the 100 freestyle, the second fastest on the team for the event, at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships. Grabbed a CSCAA A cut in the 100 IM with a 51.41 at the UNLV Invitational. Received MPSF All-Academic honors for second straight year.
2022-23 (Senior)
At the Pacific Invite, contributed to a first-place finish in both the 200 and 400 medley relay. At the 2023 CSCAA National Invitational Championship finished 10th in the A Final of the 50 Free with a time of 20.43, was a part of the team that finished 12th in the 200 free relay, and 21st in the 800 medley relay. Was named a 2023 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation all-academic scholar-athlete.
2021-22 (Junior)
All-Academic MPSF Scholar. At the MPSF, swam the legs on four relays that placed, including fifth place in the 400 free relay and the 200 relay and sixth place in 200 medley relay (anchor) and 800 free relay. Placed 10th in the 100 free (44.59) and 200 free (1:38.70). Placed 13th in the 50 free (20.59). At Pacific Invite, won the 200 free (1:41.78).Â
2020-21 (Sophomore)
All-Academic MPSF Scholar. Finished 10th in the 200-yard free at MPSF with time of 1:39.56. Finished 14th in the 100 free, finishing in 45.51. Scored in the 50 free as well, placing 15th at 20.86. Led off the 200 and 800 free relays that both placed fifth at the MPSF Championships. Anchored the 400-yard medley relay that finished fifth and contributed to the 400 free relay that also finished fifth.Â
2019-20 (Freshman)
Competed in six meets for Pacific in his debut season. He posted a top-three finish in the 50 Free (21.17) against California (10/3), one of his five on the season. This season he earned all personal bests at the 2020 MPSF Conference Championships in the 50 Free [20.83], 100 Free [45.73] and 200 Free [1:41.26].
High School
Swam at Valencia High School and Canyons Aquatic Club. Helped VHS win the 200 Free Relay at the 2019 Foothill League swim finals. Took first in the 50 Free at the 2016 CA SCS/RAA Summer Junior Olympic Championships with a time of 25.69, helping Canyons to the win. Earned 723.6 points for an 11th-place finish to lead Canyons.

Son of Jim and Vivian. Has one sibling Sabrina. Dylan enjoys swimming, gaming and fishing. Parente is majoring in business with a concentration in management.
