Craig Norman

In his first year as a graduateassistant coach, Craig rejoins the Pacific swim team afterlettering for four years with the Tigers and completed hisundergraduate studies in sport sciences here at Pacific. Craig'sassisting duties also extend to the Tiger Aquatics Club, as heserves as the head coach.

He closed out his career at Pacificon a high note, especially in breaststroke events, taking thesecond-fastest times of the season for all Tigers in both the 100and 200 Breast (57.97 and 2:06.54). His speed in the 100 Breast seta new personal high for Craig.

As a junior, Craig posted his besttimes of the season in the 100 and 200 Breast, at the Big WestChampionships on Feb. 23-24, with times of 58.42 and 2:05.71.Norman finished the 2006-07 season with the second best times onthe team in both the 100 and 200 Breast. His times in the 100Breast and the 200 Breast were the third fastest times for the teamin 2006.

Craig attended King City HighSchool in King City, Calif., where he earned four letters inswimming. He holds all but one school record and has the MissionTrail Athletic League (MTAL) record in the 100 Breast. He alsonever lost a race in MTAL meets. Craig earned team MVP honors allfour years and was an all-league selection. Norman was anAll-American in high school all four years.
