In her third full season with the Tigers, Matsumotoappeared in three games.
2010 (RS Sophomore):
Matsumoto appeared in 14 games for the Tigers, recordingthree shots on goal with one assist.
2009 (RSFreshman):
Matsumoto appeared in six games for Pacific, including theTigers’ 2-1 upset of NorPac rival California on Sept. 12.
2008(Freshman):
Matsumoto redshirted the 2008 season.
High School:
A 2008 graduate of Mission Hills High School in SanMarcos, Calif., Victoria led the Grizzlies to a Valley LeagueChampionship in 2006 and a second-place finish in 2007. The teamMVP as a senior, Victoria also earned All-Valley League Second Teamhonors.
Personal:
Victoria Matsumoto was born in La Jolla, Calif. Thedaughter of Hisash and Catherine Matsumoto, she has three siblings,Nicholas, Laura and Maya. Matsumoto is a double engineering major(biomedical and mechanical) and plans on becoming a researcher ordoctor in the future. Her hobbies include reading, hanging out withfriends and studying.
