2017 (Junior):
Took the field in 15 of the Tigers'' 19 games this season. Recorded shots on goal against Sacred Heart (Sept. 11) and UC Davis (Oct. 15). Also tallied an assist against the Aggies.
2016 (Sophomore):
It took just two games for Silacci to record her first career goal, scoring against Bryant in Pacific''s 5-0 win. She would go on to pick up her first two assists as well, coming against Saint Louis and UC Davis. In all, Silacci appeared in 12 games as a sophomore and scored on her only shot on goal.
2015 (Freshman):
Silacci appeared in four games during her freshman season, playing against No. 4 Syracuse, Saint Louis, Missouri State, and Central Michigan.
High School:
Tayler played field hockey for Gilroy High School in Gilroy, Calif., where she reached the state semi-finals each of her last three years there. She won Most Improved Player honors after her freshman year, during which Gilroy made the championship game. In 2013, Tayler was named Most Valuable Midfielder as well as Second Team All-League. She was a Scholar Athlete in 2011, 2012, and 2013, making Gilroy’s Honor Roll in 2012 and 2013.
While playing for Infinity Field Hockey Club, Tayler won the Stanford Indoor Championship as well as twice won the Pacific Tournament.
Personal:
Tayler has one younger sister, Kylie. She is the daughter of Donn and Kendra Silacci. Her father played football for Gavilian College. Tayler plans to work toward a Masters in business. In her free time, Tayler enjoys going to the beach, reading, shopping, and working out.
