2015 (Senior)
In her final season, Bettencourt appeared in three games for Pacific. The senior did not recorded a point and ended her career with 55 games played and 16 starts over four seasons.
2014 (Junior)
Molly Bettencourt appeared in 16 games, starting four for the Tigers. She attempted a pair of shots on the season, with attempts against Delaware (Aug. 30) and UC Davis (Oct. 12). Logged a season-high in minutes with 53 in the Tigers win at Dartmouth (Sept. 9).
2013 (Sophomore)
Bettencourt played in all 19 games for the Tigers, including eight starts. She recorded her first career point with an assist against Saint Joseph''s on September 19 in Philadelphia, a game the Tigers would go on to win, 3-2.
2012 (Freshman)
Bettencourt immediately contributed to the Tigers'' defense in her first season. She played in 18 of Pacific''s 19 contests and earned five starts. The highlight of her season was starting and playing a strong back in the upset of No. 22 Michigan State on October 1.
High School
Molly was an accomplished athlete and student at Torrey Pines High School. As a senior, she was named to the High School Sports Association Senior All-Star Team. In 2011 she was also a team captain and named the Torrey Pines Field Hockey Most Inspirational Athlete. Molly competed in the Asics League, rallied her team to a second-place finish at the U19 Cal Cup, and was on the U19 Futures Region West Team. In 2010, she was Second-Team All-Palomar League, a CIF-San Diego Section Division I Finalist and a Palomar League Champion. As a sophomore she was a CIF-San Diego Section Division I Semi-Finalist and an Avocado League Finalist. Molly also started on the Torrey Pines CIF-San Diego Section Division I Championship lacrosse team. The squad also won the 2010 and 2011 Palomar League.
Personal
Molly is the daughter of Alan and Ricki and has two sisters, Kinsey and Hannah. Hannah, her twin, is also on the Pacific Field Hockey squad. Her hobbies include mountain, dirt, and road biking, sailing, snowboarding and running. She is studying Mechanical Engineering at Pacific.
