2017 (Junior): Did not participate in the 2017 season.
2016 (Sophomore):
Niccum made nine relief appearances as a sophomore. Against LIU Brooklyn, she played 53:41, her longest outing in her career. Niccum only allowed one goal this season, making six saves, good for a .857 save percentage and 0.59 goals against average.
2015 (Freshman):
Niccum made relief appearances in three games, helping to contribute to two shutouts for the Tigers. In total, Niccum stopped all three of the shots she faced this season, starting her career off with a perfect 0.00 GAA.
High School:
Jessie played lacrosse in high school, starting at goalie for Royal High School in Simi Valley, Calif. She captained the lacrosse team for three years, winning MVP in 2014 and the Coach’s Award in 2013. She was also the Maramonte League First Team goalie.
Jessie played club field hockey with the Moorpark Coyotes for 15 years as well. She also played in the USA National Futures Championship five years and was named to the 2015 Futures Elite Academy.
Personal:
Jessie is the daughter of Mark and Patricia Niccum. She has two older sisters: Ashley and Stina. Both of Jessie’s sisters are Pacific field hockey alumni, with Ashley playing for the Tigers from ’05-’09 and Stina playing from ’08-‘11. Jessie likes to play lacrosse, hike, camp, and listen to music when she isn’t playing field hockey.
