Zach Karbach joined the team after spending the last two years on the staff at Colorado Christian in Lakewood. Among his responsibilities was a focus on social media, where he grew multiple Instagram accounts by more than 50 percent. He received his MBA from Colorado Christian. The Adams State graduate also worked in the sports information office during his time in Alamosa. He played on the rugby team and was team captain for two seasons. His undergraduate major was business administration with a sports management specialization.
