Biography

Sophomore (2018):
Appeared in three games for the Tigers earning a 1-1 record. Threw 3.0 innings allowing five earned runs and two walks.

Freshman (2017):
In his first season with the Tigers, Besse appeared in eight games pitching 7 1/3 innings recording five strikeouts and allowing only six hits.

High School:
 While pitching for Serra High School in San Mateo, put up a 1.32 ERA over his three years of varsity.  He had a 0.84 ERA as a junior, going 4-0 in 26 innings, then followed that up with a 4-1 record as a senior, going 4-1 in 25 innings.  He also struck out 30 and gave up just 32 hits and walks as a senior.  Besse also played on the basketball team, which won the Division II state championship.

Personal:
 The son of Marc and Kristen, Besse has two brothers.  They are Paul and Luke.  Besse is majoring in business at Pacific.
