2022 (Senior)
Played in 33 games with a .298 batting average, 37 hits, 10 RBI and 11 walks. Had a season high five hits against Northern Colorado (2/19) including the game winning hit. Had nine multi-hit games and four multi-RBI games. In the field, Arakawa recorded a .949 fielding percentage in 138 chances. His seven errors were the fewest among infielders with at least 100 chances. 

2021 (Junior)
WCC Honorable Mention second baseman played and started in 47 games for the Tigers in the 2021 season. Tied for team high batting average of .339, OPS of .786, slugging percentage of 3.83 and an on-base-percentage of .403. Tied for team high steals with 9 stolen bases in 12 attempts. Tallied 61 hits, 5 doubles, 1 homerun, 18 runs batted in, 69 total bases and 14 walks including 8 hit-by-pitches. Finished top 5 in batting average (.339), top 6 in hits (61), 7th in double plays turned (25), 8th in assists (113) and top 8 in stolen bases (9). Defensively, landed a fielding percentage of .985 with 203 catches, 87 putouts, 113 assists and 25 double plays. Marked a season high 3 hits and two stolen bases against San Francisco (04/30), 4 run scored against Long Beach State (04/17), 2 runs batted in against Stanford (04/28) and 4 putouts against Santa Clara (05/08).

2020 (Sophomore)
Started in 16 of 16 appearances at second base for the Tigers during a shortened 2020 season. Hit .203 with 11 runs (fifth on the team), 13 hits, two doubles and five RBIs. Recorded a .234 slugging percentage and .282 on-base percentage with two stolen bases. Turned 10 double plays, the second most on the team. 

2019 (Freshman)
Started in 33 of 40 games played for the Tigers in his freshman year. Finished third on the team in batting average (.304), hits (41) and stolen bases (2). Also finished fourth in runs (30), fifth in slugging percentage (.356), and sixth in OPS (.731) and total bases (48). Was selected to the 2019 All-WCC Baseball Freshman team as the only utility player.

High School
Hit .323 with 20 runs and 10 RBIs scored at Walnut High School while helping the Mustangs to Hacienda League Championships in 2015 and 2017. Won 75 games in his High School career and made two CIF State Tournament appearances. Won multiple awards including the Coaches Award, Team MVP, Two First-Team All-League selections and was named to the Perfect Game All-Region team. Was inducted into the Walnut High School Hall of Fame.
