Biography

2022 (Graduate Student) 
Was named to the WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention list for the second time. Finished the season tied for the second most single season saves in Tiger history with eight. Made 21 appearances and pitched 37.0 innings while striking out 39. Was one of three Tiger pitchers to have more strikeouts than innings pitched. Finished fourth in the conference in saves. Struck out six batters in 3.0 innings against BYU (5/12). Recorded 13 scoreless outings during the season. Struck out three in 1.2 innings against Sacramento State. 

2021 (Senior)
WCC Honorable Mention All-Academic. Threw 35.2 innings with 16 appearances and seven starts. Tallied 38 Strikeouts. Pitched 5.2 innings allowing no runs with seven strikeouts against CSU Bakersfield on (3/7). 

2020 (Junior)
Pitched 3.1 innings with a 2.58 WHIP with two strikeouts in a 14-12 win over Cal Baptist (2/17).

2019 (at Mission College)
Unanimously named First Team All-Coast Golden Gate Conference as a utility player after recording 50 hits, 37 runs, a .325 batting average and nine home runs, which ranked 14th in the California Community College Athletic Association. Also earned First Team All-State honors while going 4-1 on the mound in 70.1 innings pitched with 55 strikeouts and a 4.22 ERA.

2018 (at West Valley College)
Was named Second Team All-Golden Coast Conference as a utility player after chalking up 40 hits, 28 runs, five home runs, 26 RBIs and a .320 batting average. Was one of eight Vikings honored on All-Coast Golden Gate Conference teams. 

High School
Played three years at the varsity level for Westmont High School in Campbell. Earned Mount Hamilton League MVP honors in 2016 for league highs in batting average (.434), slugging percentage (.674) and on-base percentage (.533) that led the Warriors to an outright league title at 22-8 overall and 10-4 in league play. Was the Central Coast Section Player fo the Year in 2017 after hitting .449 with 27 RBIs and two Mount Hamilton highs of 44 hits and 13 doubles. On the mound, Schilperoort also boasted a 0.79 ERA in 79.1 innings with a league-high 86 strikeouts to lead the Warriors to the CCS Division I title.
