We have transitioned to a new ticketing system, Tickets.com. If you would like to create an online account to renew your tickets you can create an account
here, instructions are below. To access your tickets online you can use this same link. This link is also saved on PacificTigers.com under the tickets tab, then select "My Tickets".

- Click the sign up button, at the bottom, in orange
- You must use the email that we have on file for your tickets. This will likely be the one that you receive emails from us on. If you use a different email that doesn't match the one in our ticketing system it will not link to your tickets. If you have any questions as to what email we have on file, call us at 209-946-2474 or email us at tickets@pacific.edu.
- Passwords must be 8 to 15 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Passwords are case sensitive.
- Fill out the information for creating an account
Renewing Online:
- Once logged in, on the left hand side click "renew/make payments"
- From here select the order(s) that you would like to renew by clicking the check box on the left hand side
- Next, select what type of payment you want to make from the drop down box. The two options are pay in full or a payment plan with 3 payments. The first charge would be when you renew and then the box office would automatically charge your card on 8/16 & 9/15 if you select the payment plan option.
- The following screen is for delivery options. Tickets will be mailed as the season approaches to the address that we have on file, the same one where you received your renewal letter. If you would like to update your address on file, please let us know. From here, click continue in the bottom right corner.
- Choosing a payment method is next. In the drop box click on "Add Credit Card" and fill out that information.
- If paying in full, you also have the option of using PayPal or PayPal Credit

All Season Ticket Holders Are Now PAF Members:
All season ticket holders for men's & women's basketball are now considered official PAF members.
- PAF Premium season ticket holder benefits include a PAF decal, invites to PAF pre-game hospitalities, and more.
- In order to qualify for additional PAF member benefits as a PAF non-premium season ticket holder, members would need to make a separate cash donation to a specific sport or to the PAF to become eligible.
- PAF members who have made a cash donation to a specific sport or to the PAF directly are eligible for PAF member benefits at designated gift levels.
Q/A
What is the plan for fans at the Spanos Center this upcoming season?
- We are planning to renew season tickets on our normal timeline. As the season gets closer and we have any possible attendance restrictions we will adjust this plan as needed, and contact Season Ticket Holders. We hope to have a full crowd for our first Basketball home game in November.
Do I have my same seats on hold as what I had for the 2019-20 season?
- Yes, you will have your same seats unless you have contacted the box office to relocate your seats.
If there is a limit on how many fans can attend, am I guaranteed my same seat?
- If we have a limited capacity for Basketball we would not be able to promise that everyone would have their same seat. We would do our best to keep everyone as close as possible to their same seat. Also, if this were to happen a season ticket holder could request a refund, have their payment donated to the PAF, or roll the money over to the next season which were the options offered this past season.
