Biography
High School:
Tolladay graduated from Bullard High School in Fresno, Calif., where he established himself as one of the top high school golfers in California. A big hitter, Tolladay has used his distance off the tees to put together a stellar high school career for the Knights throughout his four years. The Fresno Bee Player of the Year in 2011, Tolladay took home the Central Section Individual Championship last year as a junior, beating out a field of 48 of the top area golfers. Additionally, Tolladay won the County/Metro Athletic Conference title in 2011 as he averaged a stroke better than par for his junior season. As a senior, Michael led his team to their fourth-straight conference championship while winning his second-straight and third individual title. In the summer of 2012, Tolladay showed off his game at the Sacramento City Amateur Championships as he took home the tournament title. Tolladay put himself out front early with an impressive 66 on day one before closing the tournament with a 72 to seal the victory.
Personal:
Michael Tolladay is the son of Anna and Mike Tolladay. He has two older sisters, Alison and Andrea. He is a sport management major in his first year at Pacific.
