2024-25 (Senior)
Set a personal best in the 100 butterfly with a time of 55.00 CSCAA National Invitational Championship, setting top time for team this season. Established the top time for the team this season in the 50 butterfly with a time of 25.18 at CSCAA National Invitational Championship. Achieved a personal best in the 200 butterfly at 2:03.14 during the UNLV Invitational, setting top time for team this season. Competed in CSCAA National Invitational Championship, scoring 696 points. Named to the MPSF All-Academic Team.

2023-24 (Junior)
Earned the second fastest 200 fly time on the team and placed 10th at the MPSF Championships, with a 2:04.99. Took 10th in the 200 fly at the MPSF Championships with a season best 2:04.99. Recorded three new personal bests, two at the UNLV Invitational in the 50 free (24.40) and 100 IM (59.44).

2022-23 (Sophomore)
Named Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Second Team All Conference. At the MPSF Championship finished 10th in the 200 fly with a time of 2:04.6 and 13th in the 100 fly with a personal best time of 55.3. At the Pacific Invite, came first in the 200 fly with a time of 2:12.16. 

2021-22 (Freshman) 
At MPSF Championship, swam the backstroke leg of the sixth-place 200 medley, relay. Placed 23rd in the 100 fly. Vs. Cal State East Bay, won the 200 fly (2:10.11).

Personal 
Daughter of Martha and Rene. Melendez is majoring in health exercise sports science.
