2024-25 (Senior)
Represented team captain for the women's team this season. Set the top time for the team in 50 breaststroke (29.64) at MPSF Championships. Achieved the top time for the team this season in the 100 breaststroke (1:03.33) at the MPSF Championships. Set a top time this season for the team and a personal best in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:17.41 at the MPSF Championships. Competed in CSCAA National Invitational Championship, and scored 685.3 points. Awarded MPSF Athlete of the Week on Jan. 22. Named to the MPSF All-Academic Team.

2023-24 (Junior)
Recorded four new personal best times, while collecting three CSCAA B cuts in three separate meets. Clocked a 29.63 in the 50 breast at the Utah Tech Trailblazer Invitational, finishing ninth overall. Took fourth against Fresno State and Fresno Pacific in the 100 breast (1:03.20). Finished seventh at the UNLV Invitational in the 100 IM (58.32). Achieved a personal best in the 50 free at the Trailblazer Invitational (23.65). Finished top-16 at MPSF Championship in 200 IM and 100 breast finals. Named to the MPSF All-Academic team.

2022-23 (Sophomore)
At MPSF Championship, finished eighth in the 200 IM with a time of 2:03.65 and earned a spot on the MPSF All-Conference Second Team. Secured a top 16 finish in the 100 breast with a time of 1:03.69 and led off the 400 free relay with a personal best time of 50.92. Competed at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship and swam a personal best time of 29.65 in the 50 breast. At the Trailblazer Invitational, swam a personal best time of 1:04.2 in the 100 breast. At the Fresno St/Fresno Pacific dual meet, took second in the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:08.24. At the San Jose State meet, finished second in the 100 free.

2021-22 (Freshman)
At MPSF, finished 19th in the 100 breaststroke. Placed 22nd in the 200 IM and 200 breaststroke. At UC Davis, won the 200 IM (2:11.26). Vs. San Jose, won the 100 breaststroke.

Personal 
Daughter of Melissa and Brian. Sondgeroth is majoring in business administration with a concentration in sports management and marketing.
