2019-20 (Sophomore)
Participated in six meets for Pacific with seven top-10 finishes, including two each in back-to-back meets against UC Santa Barbara (1/17) and UC Davis (2/1). Posted six season bests at the MPSF Championships.

2018-19 (Freshman)
Competed in six meets her freshman year, placing fourth with a 2:12.18 time in the 200 Fly against Fresno State (11/17). Claimed second in the 500 Free (5:16.68) in a tri-meet with UC Santa Barbara and UC Davis. Took eighth in the 50 Free at the MPSF Championships with a time of 50.52.

High School
An All-American her freshman year and two-time Foothill League MVP, Helgeson placed in the 500 Free all four years for the Indians, including a first-place finish as a junior (4:58.08). Was a two-time finalist at the 2017 Speedo Champions Series and finaled at the 2017 CA CANY Canyons Cranberry Classic and 2016 CA SCS/RAA Summer Junior Olympic Championships. Also claimed the the 400 L Free (4:29.98) at J.O. Swam in the USA Swimming Futures Championships and four CIF Southern - Division 1 Section Championships.
