Bietsch competed in her first career race on October 11, taking 18th place out of 105 runners in the San Francisco State Invitational with a time of 23:50.9.
High School
A standout at Canyon High School in both soccer and track, Kendall was a four-time All-Foothill League honoree and was named the MVP in both sports in 2014 and 2015. In Track & Field, she holds the conference record for the fifth-fastest freshman in the 800m and second-fastest 400M in school history. She also excelled in the classroom, earning freshman and sophomore Highest Class GPA. She was a member of the Canyon Action Leadership Team, the National Honors Society, the National English Honors Society and the National Math Honors Society.
