Zapotoczny had 11 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games, including a four RBI performance against Montana on Feb. 28. She made her mark immediately for the Tigers, driving in the first three runs of the year in the opener against Santa Clara. The RBI proved special as Zapotoczny became the first freshman to drive in the opening run of a season for the Tigers’ in over a decade.
