STOCKTON, Calif. – On Monday afternoon, Pacific women's tennis Head Coach Mary Beth Gunn was selected to represent the ITA's Northwest Region on the ITA Division One Operating Committee for the 2026-29 term.

The Division One arm of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) works in tandem with the NCAA to implement collegiate tennis across the country. In her role, Gunn will assist in organizing the annual NCAA Tournament, coordinate with regional and national committees to determine both individual and team rankings, ensure the NCAA and ITA are aligned in eligibility rules and more generally contribute to the growth and development of D-I collegiate tennis.

"I feel honored to serve my fellow coaches on this committee. The ITA does an excellent job advocating and leading the way for college tennis," Gunn said.
 
Gunn will take the court for her third season leading the Tigers when the team competes in its fall competition ahead of the 2026-27 season in the spring.
