Seven Tigers Earn WCC All-Conference Awards

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference announced its 2026 All-Conference Awards on Tuesday morning with Pacific garnering seven accolades.

Senior Jake Tandy earned a WCC First Team All-Conference award. Graduate student Brendan O'Sullivan, redshirt sophomore Robert Orr and redshirt junior Garret Plata were named to the WCC Second Team All-Conference, while redshirt junior Carson Revay, junior Braeden Schnabel and redshirt junior Zach Todd collected WCC Honorable Mention recognition.

Tandy, a native of West Sacramento, California, was one of nine position players on the WCC First Team All-Conference. Tandy hit a team-best .369 during the conference slate, which was the eighth-best batting average among qualified hitters in the WCC. Overall, Tandy collected 45 RBIs during the regular season, setting a new career-high in that category. Tandy is two RBIs shy of tying Jason Vorhauer (1998) for the tenth most RBIs in a single season in program history. This is the first WCC All-Conference award for Tandy.

O'Sullivan, a native of Pleasanton, California, has been a key cog in Pacific's lineup and vocal leader around the diamond and dugout this season. The first-year Tiger hit .325 during the WCC schedule, including 12 of his 20 multi-hit games this year. Overall, O'Sullivan has scored a team-best 38 runs and stole a team-high eight bases. This is the first WCC All-Conference award for O'Sullivan.

Orr, a native of Vancouver, British Columbia, has been an exceptional shortstop in his first full season as a Tiger. Orr paces Pacific with seven home runs – tied with Chaz Myers (2023) and Brett Sullivan (2015) as Pacific shortstops with the most home runs in a single season since Pacific rejoined the WCC in the 2014 season. Orr established a .298 batting average in conference play with 23 runs and 19 RBIs. This is the first WCC All-Conference award for Orr.

Plata, a native of San Jose, California, has been a lights-out starter for Pacific this year. Owning the lowest overall earned run average at a 2.28 mark, the southpaw has thrown six quality starts this season while sporting a 4-2 record with 71 strikeouts in 71.0 innings. This is the first WCC All-Conference award for Plata.

Revay, a native of Stockton, California, has been a reliable reliever for the Tigers this season. Revay holds a 3-2 record with a 3.19 earned run average and 55 strikeouts in 42.1 innings. Revay's nine saves are the second-most in a single season in program history, trailing only Josh Schmidt's 11 saves in 2005. This is the first WCC All-Conference award for Revay.

Schnabel, a native of Tempe, Arizona, has been a main power threat for the Tigers, lashing 13 doubles in 27 conference games, which is the most on the Tigers and second-most among WCC hitters. Schnabel maintained a .356 batting average in league play – second on the Tigers behind Tandy and the 11th best individually in the conference. Overall, Schnabel hit a team-high .348 in 41 games during the regular season with 31 runs, 24 RBIs, 17 doubles and two home runs. This is the first WCC All-Conference award for Schnabel.

Rounding out the WCC All-Conference accolades, Todd, a native of Manteca, California, has been another reliable starter for the Tigers. Todd led Pacific in wins during the regular season with five, earning victories in his last four conference starts. Todd owns a 3.60 earned run average in a team-high 75.0 innings with a team-best 80 strikeouts this year. His 80 strikeouts are the fourth-most among WCC pitchers. This is the first WCC All-Conference award for Todd.
