LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Pacific women's tennis could not string together enough rallies Friday afternoon and closed out the 2026 season with a 4-0 loss to LMU.
The match began with Pacific (6-14, 2-5 WCC) in an early hole after doubles defeats on courts one and two.
Once in singles, the team's fortunes did not improve and straight set losses on courts three, four and six clinched the match in favor of LMU (10-9, 5-3 WCC). The three courts that went unfinished were not in Pacific's favor either.
For next season's roster, the Tigers are poised to return ten of the 11 student-athletes on the roster.
