DAVIS, Calif. – The Pacific men's and women's track and field program heads up the I-5 for the Aggie Open, hosted by UC Davis from Toomey Track.
The Aggie Open will see Pacific send eight to compete across the two days, mainly in the 200-meter and 400-meter runs.
This is the first time the Tigers are competing at the UC Davis-hosted event since 2024. During that meet two years ago, junior
Alondra Lopez placed 18th on the track. Lopez ran a time of 1:09.12 in the 400m. Lopez will suit up once again this weekend.
Joining Lopez in the women's sprints on Friday and Saturday will be freshman
Winisha Steele Michael and junior
Nia Overby. The men will have junior
Amir Brooks, freshman
Manuel Romero and sophomore
William Boyd IV run this week.
