CHULA VISTA, Calif. – The Pacific men's golf program steadied the course and remained in its positioning after the final round for a ninth-place nod on Tuesday at the Lamkin Invitational, co-hosted by San Diego and San Diego State at San Diego Country Club.
The Tigers (+10) were sound in their performance in the last 18 holes, carding a three-over par on Tuesday to finish in the middle of the 16-team pack. Host San Diego represented the leader all tournament and finished with a 26-under par to take the team title.
Redshirt junior
Deitrek Gill was the strongest Tiger in the field across the two-day tournament, collecting a three-under par performance overall to a top 20 individual finish among the participants. For a second consecutive day, Gill hit an eagle with today's one forming on the tenth hole.

Timothy Jung at two-over par, senior
Travis Robbie at five-over par, sophomore
Brasen Briones at seven-over par and sophomore
Felix Bouchard at 11-over par.
Redshirt senior
Daniel Henely closed his individual day at 17-over par.
Up next, the Tigers have a quick turnaround next week, heading to the Grand Canyon State for the Arizona Thunderbirds Intercollegiate, hosted by Arizona from Monday, March 16 to Tuesday, March 17.
