Lione, Weber Set Season-Bests at Husky Classic

SEATTLE, Wash. – The Pacific men's and women's track & field program put a bow on its indoor regular season this weekend at the Husky Classic from Dempsey Indoor Facility.

The Tigers sent sophomore Angelina Lione and junior Jack Weber to Seattle on Friday and Saturday. Lione ran a 9:39.84 in the women's 3k run, continuing to add to her record-setting season in that event as the top time in program history in the 3k.

On Saturday, Weber clocked in a mile time of 4:09.95, setting another season-best and marking the fastest mile by a Tiger this year.

The Tigers now look ahead to the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships from March 1-2 in Reno, Nevada.
