Swim & Dive Hosts Simon Fraser, Cal State East Bay for Final Home Weekend

STOCKTON, Calif. – The Pacific men's and women's swim & dive program suits up for its final home meet of the season, welcoming Simon Fraser and Cal State East Bay to the Eberhardt Aquatics Center at 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

The Tigers will celebrate Senior Day during the first break of competition on Saturday, honoring seven seniors in Katie Honey, Diana Chan, Annelise Thomas, Lilliana Noriega, Ethan Cole, Matt Honeck and Mattia Giurgevich.

Pacific is coming off a strong road performance at UC Santa Barbara where the men and women combined for a dozen personal bests, despite 160-102 and 179-77 defeats to the Gauchos at the Rec Center Pool.

The Tigers look to build on their combined 4-2 record at home with wins over Fresno Pacific and UC Santa Cruz.

A highlight to the women's program, sophomore Christina Agiomamitou continues to be a menace in the water as she notched the eighth-fastest time in program history in the 200 free with a 1:48.85 at UCSB. Agiomamitou has tallied six first-place finishes this year and ranks seventh in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation with 718 points to her name, according to SwimCloud.

A standout on the men's side, Giurgevich shined last time out with a first-place time of 55.38 in the 100 yard breast. He has three first-place finishes in that event, including at the 2025 Trailblazer Invitational.

The two-day meet marks the fourth straight match-up between Pacific and Simon Fraser, going back to the 2022-23 season. The Tigers own a 3-0 record on both the men's and women's side over the Red Leafs.

The Pacific and Cal State East Bay women meet for a second time this season. The Tigers won earlier in Hayward, California by a 147.5-114.5 margin. Pacific owns the series advantage with a 5-1 record since 2019.

The final home meet of the season will be streamed live on Overnght with scheduled start times of 11 a.m. each day from the Eberhardt Aquatics Center.
