STOCKTON, Calif. – The 10th-ranked Pacific men's water polo program will play its home opener this week when it hosts Cal at 7 p.m. Friday at the Eberhardt Aquatics Center. Men's soccer hosts two games as Sacramento State comes to Knoles Field on Thursday and CSUN on Sunday. Golf season gets underway Tuesday when the Tigers head to Pullman, Washington for the Palouse Collegiate.

Friday, Sept. 12 - No. 10 Men's Water Polo hosts No. 3 Cal, 7 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 14 - Men's Soccer hosts CSUN, 7 p.m.
 
Tuesday, Sept. 9 - Wednesday, Sept. 10 - Men's Golf vs. Palouse Collegiate, Pullman, Washington - For the second season in a row, the Pacific men's golf program begins the season at the Palouse Collegiate, hosted by Washington State. The Tigers are coming off a historic season where they clinched an NCAA Tournament appearance for the first time since the 2012-13 campaign.

Thursday, Sept. 11 - Men's Soccer (1-3) hosts Sacramento State (0-5-1), 7 p.m. - The Pacific men's soccer program welcomes Sacramento State to Knoles Field. For the fifth straight season, the two programs meet with Pacific seeking its first victory over the Hornets since 2016.

Thursday, Sept. 11 - Women's Soccer (1-3-2) at Nevada (1-4-1), 7 p.m. - For their lone match of the week, the Pacific women's soccer program travels to Reno, Nevada to face the Wolf Pack. The Tigers won the most recent match-up, claiming a 2-1 victory on the road over Nevada during the 2022 season. 

Friday, Sept. 12 - Women's Volleyball (4-2) at Nevada (1-4), 5 p.m. - For the firs time since the 2023 season, Pacific and Nevada meet on the volleyball court. The Tigers are coming off a 2-1 weekend in Georgia that saw victories over Mercer and UNCW. In the all-time series against Nevada, Pacific leads 26-8 and has only dropped one of the last 13 sets to the Wolfpack.

Friday, Sept. 12 - No. 10 Men's Water Polo (6-1) hosts No. 3 Cal (4-1), 7 p.m. - It's the home opener for the Tigers after playing their first seven matches on the road. Pacific is coming off a 4-0 weekend at the Inland Empire Classic this past weekend where freshman Apostolos Georgaras netted 16 goals. He's up to a team-high 29 goals on the year.

Saturday, Sept. 13 - Men's & Women's Cross Country vs. Kim Duyst Twilight Invitational, Turlock, California - The Tigers compete in the Kim Duyst Twilight Invitational for their third meet of the season. The Pacific men and women put up strong performances last week in the Big Wave Invitational, clinching the title and posting a runner-up finish, respectively.

Saturday, Sept. 13 - Women's Volleyball (4-2) vs. Eastern Washington (0-6), 10 a.m. - Freshman Hannah Koester and graduate Olivia Keller look to continue the torrid starts to their season over the weekend. Entering this coming slate of matches, Koester became the third fastest true freshman to 50 kills in Pacific history while Keller is over halfway to breaking her season-high in kills (135 in 2022, currently has 75). Against Eastern Washington, Pacific is 2-0 all-time with the last meeting coming in 2023. 

Sunday, Sept. 14 - No. 10 Men's Water Polo (6-1) at UC Davis (3-3), 1 p.m. (Exhibition) - In a game that won't count towards the records, Pacific concludes the weekend on the road. The Tigers are 43-26 all-time against UC Davis in counted match-ups.

Sunday, Sept. 14 - Men's Soccer (1-3) hosts CSUN (2-0-2), 7 p.m. - Pacific hosts Cal State Northridge on Sunday night at Knoles Field. Ahead of the fifth meeting since 2014, the Tigers and Matadors clashed last season to a scoreless draw in Northridge. The Tigers own the edge in the series history with a 2-1-1 mark.
