Pacific Elevates to Eighth Place Finish at The Tindall

BREMERTON, Wash. – The Pacific men's golf program put the finishing touches on final day of The Tindall, securing eighth place on Tuesday afternoon at Gold Mountain Golf Course.

The Tigers (-2/862) moved up a spot from yesterday's action to land in the middle of the pack of the 14-team field. BYU was crowned The Tindall team champion with a 37-under par, followed by Utah (-32) and host Washington completing the podium.

Four Pacific players finished in the top half of the individual leaderboard with redshirt junior Deitrek Gill and senior Timothy Jung leading the charge for the team scoring with two-under pars – good for a tie for 19th place individually.

Junior Justin Bai turned his best performance of the season in the final round of The Tindall, collecting a one-under par and finishing with an even par line for his 54 holes. His even par put him in a tie for 30th place among all golfers.

Sophomore Felix Bouchard and senior Travis Robbie wrapped up the team scoring for Pacific, carding a two-over par and eight-over par across three rounds, respectively.

The Tigers do not have to wait long for their third tournament of the season, taking part in the Jim DeLapa Collegiate at Point O' Woods Golf & Country Club in Benton Harbor, Michigan on Sunday, Sept. 28 through Monday, Sept. 29.
