STOCKTON, Calif. – Pacific men's and women's swim and dive is thrilled to announce the sixth annual Pledge Plunge to support the growth of the program.
Pledge Plunge is the Tigers' annual fundraiser where swimmers and divers challenge themselves in the pool to raise money for the program.
"Pledge Plunge is our chance to come together as a team and a community," Pacific head coach
Katelyne Herrington said. "Every donation directly impacts our team's Pacific experience, from fueling their training and upgrading equipment, to creating memorable team events and enhancing team travel."
The event date for the plunge is Saturday, Oct. 11 from 7 to 10 a.m. PT at the Eberhardt Aquatics Center.
For the first time ever, the coaching staff is getting in on the action. Herrington, assistant coach
Nate LeRoy, and assistant Tim Buisson will each swim laps at $3 per lap in honor of their third season coaching together at Pacific. You can pledge their laps, cheer them on, and watch them make a splash for a great cause.
If the team hits their $40,000 goal, every student-athlete will receive a special gift from the coaching staff. Your generosity allows the coaches to continue providing an exceptional student-athlete experience, both in and out of the pool. Thank you for cheering us on and for helping us reach the goal.
