STOCKTON, Calif. – The 2025-26 edition of Pacific women's basketball features six program first matchups when Head Coach
Bradley Davis announced the non-conference schedule Thursday afternoon.
Fans will have nine opportunities to watch the Tigers at the Alex G. Spanos Center during the 12-game slate, highlighted by a home match against the University of Washington on December 21 and the return of the Tiger Turkey Tipoff over Thanksgiving.
"I'm excited for our fans. We have a preseason schedule that includes five teams coming off postseason runs. With nine home games, two short bus rides and one short flight, the only thing easy about this schedule is the travel. We know this schedule will test a young team and help prepare us for what promises to be a competitive WCC season," Davis said.
The season will kick off with a program first match up with UC San Diego on November 3 at 6 pm, marking the third straight season Pacific will begin their season at the Alex G. Spanos Center.
Following UCSD, Pacific will play host to Cal Baptist in another program first matchup on November 8 at 1 pm. The Tigers hit the road for one of three road games on November 11 when the team travels to Haas Pavilion in Berkeley to face California – seeking the first series win since 1997.
Upon returning from Berkeley, Pacific kicks off a five game homestand beginning with Seton Hall on November 16 at 2 pm, once again a series first matchup and the first time Pacific has seen a member of the current Big East Conference since facing Butler in 2023.
Game number two of the homestand sees the Tigers match up with Cal State Fullerton on November 23, also at 2 pm. Under Coach Davis, Pacific is 3-1 against the Titans and have gone 8-2 as a program overall in the last ten.
The Tigers then welcome two schools to the Spanos Center for the Tiger Turkey Tipoff on November 28-29, hosting Milwaukee on Nov. 28 at 3:30 pm and Jacksonville State on Nov. 29 at 3:30 pm – both program firsts.
Heading into December, Pacific plays host to Sacramento State on December 4 at 6 pm to finish the homestand and then hits the road for two matches, starting with San Diego State on December 7 – the first time the Tigers have seen the Aztecs since 1990. The other half of the road trip takes place December 13 against Nevada in Reno.
The final two non-conference home matches will be in the Spanos Center, with Simpson University coming to Stockton on December 19 at 11 am and Washington on Dec. 21 at 2 pm.
UC San Diego, Washington, California, and San Diego State all qualified for the NCAA Tournament last season while Seton Hall made the WBIT for its postseason play.
The West Coast Conference portion of the schedule will be announced by the WCC at a later date.
