STOCKTON, Calif. – West Coast Conference play begins this weekend for the men's and women's basketball programs. On Sunday, the women tip-off at home against newcomer Seattle at 1 p.m. at the Alex G. Spanos Center, while the men travel for a 3 p.m. game at San Diego.

Sunday, Dec. 28 - Women's Basketball hosts Seattle, 1 p.m.
 
Sunday, Dec. 28 - Women's Basketball (5-6, 0-0 WCC) hosts Seattle (4-7, 0-0 WCC), 1 p.m. - Pacific opens league action at home against WCC newcomer Seattle. The Tigers lead the all-time series 4-0 with the last meeting be a 75-61 home victory on Dec. 6, 2018. Winner Bartholomew leads Pacific with 13.1 points and 5.7 rebounds per game.

Sunday, Dec. 28 - Men's Basketball (9-4, 0-0 WCC) at San Diego (5-6, 0-0 WCC), 3 p.m. - It's the conference opener for both teams. Pacific looks to win its conference opener for the first time since 2020-21 when it beat Santa Clara 79-58 at home. The last time the Tigers won their WCC opener on the road was the year prior, 2019-20, with a 59-56 win at Pepperdine. Pacific is led by senior Elias Ralph who averages team-highs of 17.1 points and 6.2 rebounds per game. Pacific is 17-14 all-time against San Diego.
