SUNNYVALE, Calif. – The Pacific cross country program wraps up the regular season on Saturday morning at the Bronco Invitational, hosted by Santa Clara at Baylands Regional Park.
The Tigers look to set some season bests this weekend as the men will first race in the 8k at 8:45 a.m., followed by the 9 a.m. race for the women's 6k.
"This weekend provides a tremendous opportunity to compete at one of my favorite meets of the year in the Bronco Invitational," Pacific head coach Isaac Wood said. "The course is lightning fast. The conditions are typically fantastic. Its proximity to our campus allows for easy travel. We've had some confidence-boosting practices over the last few weeks, and I'm excited about the outcomes this weekend based on what I've seen from our runners and where are as a team."
The Tigers are coming off one of its best performances of the season as the women captured its first-ever home title at the Pacific Invitational on Oct. 3 while the men collected a runner-up finish in its inaugural home race.
